I think the two mafia are Sunpaw the hair and Sky the badger because their shadows were described as one tall and one bulky. The hair are known to be tall in Redwall, have padded feet, and are quick on there feet quote "The figure dashed to each corner" and "the soft pads of it's feet the only sound heard." Now the evidence against Sky is that out of the animals still alive, the one that is most likely considered "bulky" would be the badger.
