Sure! 

*Gives Chip some coooool skates and pushes him into the middle of the dance floor*

The first thing to know in skating is how to fail correctly. So, if you feel you are falling forward, do your best not to fall on your face, or your wrists. Knees are painful, but they are made for bumping into stuff, so if possible, fall onto one knee, or try and kinda roll your way out of straight impact with the floor.
