I own a book that doesn't have a publish date, but it has a copyright date of 1939. It is super old and fragile but still readable.

We have a massive library and filled with old books, most of them are ten years or more. Does that count?

It doesn't say when it was printed. To quote, "Sir Walter Scott was born in Edinburgh, August 15, 1771, and died at Abbotsford, September 21, 1832. This book was published in 1822.
Printed in Great Britain."
