Well fine then, and here I was low-key trying to say just how super you are, but whatevs.

Well, also the differences between the two are somewhat minor, so without a hood it's difficult to tell whether it's a cloak or a cape.  Cape's aren't necessarily shorter than cloaks, after all.  (At least, the modern understanding is as such.  Superheroes don't wear cloaks after all, and their capes are all long.)
