*Picks up infant Eb and puts her on his knee.*  We're doing fire bending lessons, are we?  Fire comes from within, so you have to learn how to control yourself before you can really control fire.  Or, you can let your emotions control it, but... that can be a bit dangerous, and I don't recommend it.  For now, imagine you have a flame in your chest, always burning.  Let that internal flame flow down through your arm and let just a little bit of it be released from the palm of your hand.
