Perhaps, but we don't live in Northland so we are further south. (By the way, 'Warewhare' *I think* is Maori for Warehouse and is pronounced 'Wadifadi')

We do live in the North Island, but not in Northland which is North of Auckland.

Except nobody lives permanently in Antarctica. There are always a lot of scientists there, though.
