Casting his hand forth, Macabre pulls the statue towards his hand...

Lend me your power...

The idol emits a purple glow which spreads throughout Macabre...

Come...

The zombies and Darkashers storm out of the mansion, followed by Macabre...

Soon, all is silent again.

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.
