His name's Fredrick. Had a bad accident when a tree fell on him and he couldn't get out, hence the confusion, but he's really quite good at what he does.

Most things in here are pretty durable, to be honest, particularly the delicate looking tea sets. There are some brandy-snaps, though. They can break.
