       This topic is self explanatory, though I would ask for those of you who are seeing this shortly after the creation of this Sub-board would be kind enough to hold off on questions about the coming rules topic until it is released. Clarifications on things that were presented in the tournament topic, however, are perfectly welcome!

Do we need to have a separate topic for planning the worldstate and presenting it?

       At the current time, no, it is likely that I will simply have you make your planning threads, and modify all of the information into the OP. We'll see how things develop once there are some states, and the directory and rules are officially posted.
