Do you think that breaks the lockdown rules? Isn't a league equal to just over three miles (apparently one league is approximately 3.452 miles)? Though if it's based on time you spend out, it's probably fine. Hmmm. Could you get from England to France with one step? It's only around 22 miles at the nearest point, so it's probably possible (if seven-league boots actually existed).
