RP: The Mountain Under Siege

"Yes general." Strunga wandered off.

Abbot Dinken gasped. (Fauve and Frembre left the room)
"I have only heard of Martin the Warrior visiting creatures. That is extraordinary! Can you remember what he said, Ashe?" Dinken asked eagerly.

OOC: Dinker?  (having some trouble stopping my self from laughing! BIC:

Ashe stared into the Abbots eyes, then stared at the ceiling closing his eyes said: 

Across the deep sea
With all its expanse
Will come one with whom a plea
Is greeted with a lance

The mountain is in peril!
You must help them there
Deal with those that are still
Ones who don't fight fair

Redwall will help you
Go to the young
They shall go with you
Those as well as some.

Ashe opened his eyes, "That's all he said."

OOC: Ha ha ha, veeery funny.

BIC: Coraka nodded slowly, taking all the information in. "Aye, we got some vermin attacking a mountain, young creatures will help, as well as others. Well, I would say it's Salamandastron." The raccoon said.

OOC: What is so funny? BIC:

"I was never able to catch your name (to Dinken) might I ask what it is? And I'd really like to thank and meet Fauve properly." Ashe said quitely.

[Wisteria Wild Cat]

OOC: Just, eh. Never mind.

BIC: "I am Father Abbot Dinken of Redwall Abbey. Oh, Fauve, come back in here please." Dinken said.
Fauve entered sheepishly. "How did you know I was behind the door, Father Abbot?"
"I didn't, but I know now!" The hedgehog laughed.
Coraka nodded to Ashe. "Well here she is, Fauve, Ashe would like to thank you and meet you properly. So he said."

"Nice to meet you Fauve, huh, to think i called you a hedgehog before! I must thank all three of you,and the other one. Will one of you please send her my thanks?"

[Wisteria Wild Cat]

"Of course. Sister Frembre is in Great Hall eating lunch. Which reminds me, you must be very hungry!" Fauve exclaimed. Coraka chuckled. "Why did you think I brought this tray up here, Fauve?" The raccoon set the tray in front of Ashe. It was filled with wonderful things! Warm apple and cranberry tart, topped with meadow-cream. A bowl of steaming Woodland soup with herb-and-cheese filled bread on the side. There was even some elderberry wine sitting net to an acorn, leek and lettuce pasty covered in gravy.
"Eat up, Ashe." Coraka said as she pushed the tray toward the squirrel.

Ashe tried, and finally succeded in sitting up, he took up the bowl of soup and took a sip, "This is extrodinary! How do you make so.. So... Oh what's the word? It's just so great."

"Well, Friar Gulger is pretty good at cooking. Obviously, or she wouldn't be Friar!" Fauve said.

[Dannflower Reguba]

"Pretty good? I'd say extrordinary."

Coraka laughed, then grew serious. "We won't be able to stay long, we have to get to Salamandastron! If what you said is true, Ashe, vermin will be there, or on there way as we speak!"

[Dannflower Reguba]

"I wouldn't be too hasty if I was you. First we need to find out who all is willing to come, and I can't be moving out to quickly either. That poison, when it doesn't kill, often leaves for a short time, making the infected creature think they are okay, then makes one last attempt at killing the creature carrying it."

[Wisteria Wild Cat]

Fauve nodded. "You stay in bed, then. Coraka and I will go into Great Hall and recruit creatures. And I'm coming, if it's alright with you, Father Abbot."
The Abbot hedgehog smiled. "Of course it is. Let's go and talk to everybeast then. I would hate for the mountain creatures to be unprepared, so Redwall will help them!"
