you should record some if you feel ok with that... even though the best stuff can't be recorded. and if you want turn off the sound of my video and play the song "iron man" by black sabbeth. thats the song that goes with it, i was going ot edit it but never got around to it.

Can u do a flip on the ground? I can do one of diving board/trampoline but not on the ground

  I've tried to do a flip on a trampoline, landed on my back and threw it out.  It sucked.  But hey, I did the flip!

i havn't gotten a injury yet from Parkour... and i plan on keeping it that way. you just have to know what you can do, what you can't do and what should learn to do.

  Really, I don't do parkour, I just think it looks cool when other people do it.  I'm not nearly athletic enough to be able to do it.  Sure, I can ride a horse, but I can't do parkour.

Haha, I know a bunch of guys who do parkour, and they're really good at it....I've tried doing it before, but I can only jump really small distances and small stuff...I'm too afraid I'm gonna hurt myself!
