You're right. And that one was, I believe, "The Wind In the Willows".

"Quoth the raven, 'Nevermore'."

Flandor

Correct :)

Yours is from "The Raven" by Poe, one of my very favorites.

"If I cannot inspire love, I will cause fear!"
"Each of us is born to follow a star, be it bright and shining or dark and fated."

  Frankenstein?

"But remember the old saying, It ain't the uniform that counts, 'tis the warrior who wears it, eh!"

Flandor

Correct.  Yours is... a Redwall book, I'm quite sure, but for the life of me I don't remember which.  The Long Patrol perhaps?

"Yes, and I'm sure the arena will be full of bags of flour I can chuck at people."
"Each of us is born to follow a star, be it bright and shining or dark and fated."

HUNGER GAMES!!!!!!  I knew that the moment I read that phrase!  I love that book!  And mine was from Eulalia.  You were close!

"Friend. Lover. Victor. Enemy. Fiancee. Target. Mutt. Neighbor. Hunter. Tribute. Ally."

"An' Dad's nailed up the door, wot a lovely welcome home,
from a family so kind an' sweet an' warm!"
In process of rekindling my love for Redwall.

Rainshadow

  @Warrior:  High Rhulain?
  @Psybox:  The Wide Window?

"If you have ever lost a loved one, then you know exactly how it feels. And if you have not, then you cannot possibly imagine it."

The Bad Beginning

"Anyone can steal a cloak, mouse"

Flandor

I'm mad I didn't get the Wide Window one.  I love that series.

Um, some Redwall book? Not sure. :/

"Quest for the sword,
in moonlight streaming forth,
when day's first hour,
reflects the north."
In process of rekindling my love for Redwall.

Redwall!

"It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were striking thirteen."

"Nineteen Eighty-Four" again. :)

"Two households, both alike in dignity,
(In fair Verona, where we lay our scene),
From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean."

(We're doing this at school. I can appreciate it, but I'm not really sure if I enjoy it.)

Romeo and Juliet.  Not my favorite Shakespeare but it's not too bad. Mercutio makes it worth reading.

"They were the last people you would expect to be involved in anything strange or mysterious, because they just didn't hold with such nonsense."
"Each of us is born to follow a star, be it bright and shining or dark and fated."

That sounds so familiar... Gah, I'm going to have to search this.
*Searches*
Of course! It's "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's (Sorcerer's) Stone"! It's referring to the Dursleys! I knew it sounded familiar!

"Life itself was meat. Life lived on life. There were the eaters and the eaten. The law was: EAT OR BE EATEN."
