Yes it was made from a youtube friend of mine and he took pieces from other movies but I think it is cool

I don't see any trouble with them using bits from other movies.  That's how most fan trailers are made.  It's just a fun little project, no harm in putting clips together.  Its not plausible to think anyone could animate or film an entire trailer.  I like these things, there was one somebody did for a an Xmen: Origins Nightcrawler film that was so cool.
