  Vidayo, eh? 

  Welp, I found the GIF by looking for anime rain GIFs (I specifically just wanted a pretty, aesthetically pleasing profile pic), so I'm not exactly sure.  Let's Google it! 

  Result:  The GIF is from an anime film called Kotonoha no Niwa, or The Garden of Words.  It's a forty-six minute "drama, psychological, romance, slice-of-life" film that aired on May 31, 2013, and is rated PG-13.

We have met, for each of us to walk forward.

  Takao, who is training to become a shoemaker, skipped school and is sketching shoes in a Japanese-style garden.  He meets a mysterious woman, Yukino, who is older than him.  Then, without arranging the times, the two start to see each other again and again, but only on rainy days.  They deepen their relationship and open up to each other.  But the end of the rainy season soon approaches...

It wasn't so hard; I just used 270towin's election map tool.

Illinois has gone Democrat in every election from 1992, and Obama won Iowa in both of the last two elections.

I didn't base it just on which states were Republican or Democrat, though. In Clogg's case, for example, all of his states were picked because they were on the coast.
