Also I've almost got another friend to read it. She's been asking me which to read first.
Tell her to read Redwall first. The series makes more sense that way and she can read it in publication order, something I should of done.

I told her to read MTW first. I read it first and understood it. But I also told her she could read Redwall first.

I tried to introduce the series to my little sister, but she was never really interested. She likes things like Twilight, not one for the woodland animal fantasies. :(

I get points for trying, though, right?

unfortunately my family isn't that interested in Redwall (sniff) i mean they like decent books such as Harry Potter and some stuff which is rather bloody brilliant, but they aren't for Redwall.  still my parents support me reading and thats good enough for me cause they buy me books including redwall books  ;D

TWILIGHT!!! I CAN"T STAND IT!!! the cheesy lovey dovey shy guy romance between rakkety tam and armel is way better than Edward and Bella.  sry for the sligth spaz, im just anti twilight.
"Cheesy lovey dovey shy guy romance...' Hmmm. That was one of the more prominent romances in the Redwall books. Another one is Gorath and Salixa.
Anyway, on topic. I'm scared to share the Redwall books with anyone now, because I am kinda cautious anyway.

YAY! I'M SO HAPPY!!! I JUST GOT MY FRIEND IN TO REDWALL!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST EVER PERSON I'VE SHARED REDWALL WITH WHO LIKED IT!!!!! He liked Guardians of Ga'Hoole, so I suggested reading Redwall, he told me to bring the first one. So, on friday, I brought Lord Brocktree for him. Came back today on Monday, expecting him to say he didn't like it, but he gave it back and asked for number 3. I said he should read number 2, Martin the Warrior, first, but he said he borrowed it from the library and read it already! 2 REDWALL BOOKS IN ONE WEEKEND!!!
Received mostly negative reviews.

Outside of mentioning it on forums I've visited, no, I haven't really shared the books with others.  I know I had a copy of Redwall with the purple cover but it took a walk so maybe it did get loaned to someone to read, and then I never got it back, so I had to get another copy.  :-\  I try to share the lesser known Mistmantle Chronicles series with others who might know about Redwall because they are in the same vein, but written very differently.  Sometimes I found MC a better written story.

Okay, I totally got this friend to read it! She likes it a lot, and now we talk about Redwall! I also got some random person I met at the library to read it! Hurray!

I'm starting to get my eleven-year-old brother into Redwall. My dad gave him a copy of Mossflower, and he's reading it. He doesn't like reading, so he's making pretty slow progress, but he's reading, nonetheless...

I've tried to get my mom into Redwall.  She's watched the cartoons, but hasn't gotten around to reading the books yet.
Whenever someone asks me what fantasy books I would recommend (I work in a library), I always recommend Redwall!

Same with my dad. My parents really like watching the cartoons, my dad's seen 'em all, my mom has to go to work at night, and that's when we usually watch them. She's seen Redwall, Mattimeo, and the first three episodes of Martin the Warrior.

My Dad and I kinda got each other into Redwall. My parents bought Mossflower for me for Christmas one year, which is what got me into the series. Then my Dad started reading them because I liked them so much. Even now when I buy a new Redwall book I always give them to my Dad to read after I've finished.

I finished reading Mossflower to my mum and sister, now I've started Pearls of Lutra. I think they're both hooked! ;D
