It is very accurate.

I am reading Triss and I don't see any thing that says that Riftguard is an island. There is a map that says to get to mossflower form Riftguard that you have to sail due west then take a broad swinging curve south then due south the east in to the river moss. This would suggest that Riftguard is in the north lands.

You are right, Riftgard is in the north. I haven't read Triss in awhile so I don't know about it not being an island but I thought it said it was an island.
