Norham Waterpaw

#225
Norham would have face-pawed if the moment weren't so tense. Vash was just standing there, chit-chatting like the knife just was given to him for no reason! He cut back through the woods, toward Vash. He laid low in the bushes nearby, he whistled again.

Ooc: Kitrall, I was reading through your RP. Is Baypaw a sort of alias of Liathach?
Hey you! What? Expecting a great quote or some heart-warming poem? Too bad, my signature is just boring. Stop reading it. Stop it. Why are you still reading it?

Tailli ran from the abbey, several scones hidden in her dress. She bounded up the wallstairs and jumped into a tree. Stealing from these fools was so easy! She reached the ground easily and was now going more slowly. She didn't want to be caught by the vermin, after all. When she was only twenty feet from the closest one, she scampered up a tree and hopped branch-to-branch until she reached a tree that was right next to the vermin camp. She would wait until nightfall, then do some big stealing. She peered from her perch. The otter fool had gotten herself captured. Tailli didn't care at all. She went to where the branch connected with the trunk and put her feet up and her paws behind her head. She would be patient.

Norham Waterpaw

Ooc: I was wondering where Talili went...

Norham looked up to see that same squirell feom the Abbey, just sitting there! There was a whole vermin camp next to her!

Antura raised her head to snarl at him. "Oh yeah? Let me loose and I'll show you-" she stopped abruptly, recognizing Vash. She shot him a quizzical look, but knew better than to blow his cover. "I'll show you how I treat evil creatures. Hah! I'll give you scars, too. Care to try your luck?" As she finished, Antura winked at Vash, hoping he would take the hint.
OOC: No. Are Liath and Baypaw that similar? ... I guess I'm not really very good at making different RP personalities yet. :-\
A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of woes and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight!

Tailli leaned forward, somewhat interested. She pulled a scone from her pocket and ate it in a casual way. She might be able to sell the abbeybeasts out. Yes, that would be smart. A plan began unfolding in her head. Brilliant, brilliant plans!

Norham Waterpaw

Ooc: Er, that's not quite what I meant, I said they were very similar, not the same, er, sorry.

Norham finally saw that the two of them recognized each other, and he was glad Antura was playing along with the disguise. Norham crept close to the tree, and whispered in her ear. "I'm getting you two out of here, don't act suspicious, or make any sudden moves till I say so." He paused. "Vash, could you stay here and find out some information about this army, and their plans? You'd blend right in!"

"But I was...fine. But what do I get out of this?" he sighed. He really wants to just leave and get along with his life. At least he was helping Antura...

OOC: Btw, I'm at Retake Redwall.
I LOVE 80's music.

KitrallStreamrippler

OOC: No, no, it's fine. I'm not offended or anything.
BIC: Antura heard the exchange between Vash and Norham, and had to hide a smile. Poor Vash! Well, she would try to get him out of here soon- it was obvious that he didn't relish the thought of staying in the vermin camp.

Vash sighed as he walked off into the camp. Why was he Doing this?
I LOVE 80's music.

Thomas Barkshield

Thomas was remembering lots of things now. the strangest being that he somehow remembered the name Norham. He could almost place it...

Tailli grinned as Vash walked off. She didn't move and spoke to Antura, "Trouble, aren't you?" Se chuckled and took another bite of her scone, "I could help you." She shrugged, "But I see no reason to." She shifted slightly, "Don't bore me with pleadings for help. The answer is no."

Norham Waterpaw

Norham looked up at the speaker, again with that squirell!
He knew something was up with her, he couldn't quite put his paw on it though...

Antura looked up at the sound of a voice overhead. She was puzzled by the squirrel's attiude. "You're that squirrel from the abbey- what are you doing here? Why won't you help?"
OOC: Just so you know, Wonwill, there's no pleading or whatever in her voice, just curiosity.
Sorry, Quickpaw, I didn't notice your ooc post. I'm glad to have you in my RP. Thanks for joining.

OOC: Tailli doesn't understand emotions. She thinks that normal, non-sociopathic creatures would plead in this situation, thus her mentioning of pleading.

BIC: Tailli smiled mirthlessly, "There isn't anything in it for me."

Quickpaw

OOC: It's fine, and you're welcome!

BIC: Vash walked into the camp. It was getting cold, and he was really starting to wish he hadn't lost his vest. His fur was helping, but it still wasn't nice to have a bare chest when it was getting a little chilly.
