For that price I would set up my own website with a store and post free samples on a free DA account to get noticed.  A lot of artists don't pay for that premium because they know there's better ways to make sales.  DA is kind of like the youtube of art...its the most popular and will get you noticed, but to take it to the next level its better to do it on your own.  Its great for people starting out to get noticed.

Yeah, the subscription doesn't seem all that worth it really. I had it for three months just so I could change my username, and the perk I liked most was seeing who was visiting your page!
