Reading Doomwyte, I like both Samolous and Bisky. I'll vote Bisky as he's more in the story, though.

Basil the Great Mouse Detective (IMDB.com link). It's basically a mouse version of Sherlock Holmes, sort of. It's an animated movie done by Don Bluth and the same people who did the NIMH movie and the Fievel American Tale movies, among others.
