Yeah, it's a really old movie- from 1979, actually. It's considered a classic & I can see why (I can also see the obvious inspirations for Redwall & Go'hoole) The only thing that's weird about it is how it can randomly go from cute, fluffy bunnies to "I'll kill you now" *enter cartoon blood & gore* and that's what I mean by the previous statement I made as to why Redwall might be having so hard a time of it.

  I tried reading the book, but I had to bring it back to the library before I even got halfway through it.  :(  (I didn't have a lot of time to read.)

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.
