Completely insane.

CLOTHING DESCRIPTION: Rallo wears the traditional Guosim outfit, Checkered Kilt, colored headband, and broad buckled belt. His quiver is on his back and his rapier is kept in his sheath on his belt.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Short in stature but strong in will. Muscular, Strong Body.
