is there any wat martin could have been related to matthias?

It's known that Martin never had any heirs (due to reasons I'll leave Martin the Warrior to tell) because Outcast of Redwall's Abbess Miriam confirms it. In The Legend of Luke, it's rather clear that Martin is Luke and Sayna's first child and there's no chance after his birth for second. I think that if either of them had siblings, those siblings would have been mentioned in The Legend of Luke. Given that we know next to nothing past Martin's parents (barring that Martin's grandfather was the original subject of the tapestry), I'd say the only way Martin and Matthias are related is by having a common ancestor. You could say that about Martin and any other mouse, though. I hope that helps.
