My favorate book is The Hobbit. I think its a great story!

Life is too short to rush through it.

For me, that is an impossible decision. I absolutely love reading and I've read many wonderful books with amazing plots, characters, and themes. I could never chose just one.
So I'll list several of my all-time favorite series and stand-alone books. I know I'm leaving a lot out but these are the first ones that popped into my head.

  • Redwall series
  • Ranger's Apprentice series

  • Warriors series
  • Harry Potter series

  • Percy Jackson and the Olympians series
  • Adventures Wanted series

  • Jack Blank series
  • Young Samurai series
  • Bodyguard series
  • The Giver
  • Fire Bringer
I could keep going, but I guess I'll stop there.

@Russano: The only series that I'v heard (and read) of on your list is the Redwall series...

Life is too short to rush through it.

I can definitely understand you not having heard of some of those series, but you haven't heard of the Harry Potter series? That kinda surprises me since it's a very popular series.

Haha, that's okay. Yeah, some of the series I mentioned aren't as well known as some, but I still enjoy them, and would recommend them to people who enjoy that type of genre.

I want the world of Tolkien,

Favorite book EVER is Fire Bringer...but Watership Down and Redwall are close seconds. And the Mistmantle Chronicles...and Artemis Fowl, and Silverwing, and Guardians of Ga'Hoole...

I could go on, but I won't.
