"Hey, I'm no Squiggle! I'm a squirrel!" She said, catching up to them. "I'll do some scouting ahead, OK
?" She asked, then went up a tree without waitring for answers. No one moves faster in trees than squirrel, just as no one moves faster than otters in water.

Willow sighed. "Oh yes, I can feel it Aggril. It feels nice." He smiled a rare smile, and inhaled through his nose. He was enjoying this, even though it had just begun. He had a good feeling about this, and he hoped it would stay this way.
Hey you! What? Expecting a great quote or some heart-warming poem? Too bad, my signature is just boring. Stop reading it. Stop it. Why are you still reading it?

Bryony came back, putting the sling as she used as a belt back around her waist. "All clear; I just had to knock out a weasel. He's tied up over there." She said, then motioned back the way she'd come.

The Skarzs

The otter raised an eyebrow. "Took out a weasel already?" He was quiet, then laughed, slapping Bryony heartily on her back. "Ho ho, this means good luck, mates!" He ran off a little. "Adventure awaits!"

Yassen was out foraging, as he reckoned he ought to be doing something until he raided the abbey, when he heard voices. Brushing through the trees, he sighted two otters and a squirrel. There might be more, but as far as he could see, that was it. He suddenly realized this could be his chance of surrival; All he had to do was steal their food packs, it should be easy in theory. All plans of breaking into the abbey went out the window. He started to stalk them, keeping a good difference between.
They told me I was gullible. I believed them.

It is well known that 47% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Argunath had seen Bryony leave, and silently hoped for the group's safety.
He followed Arya inside, his presence keeping all creatures out of the squirrel's way and making a clear path to wherever they were headed.

Arya went to the Infirmary, and laid the poor Dibbun down. "There.....Now I just have to find the person in charge of the Infirmary." She said, then wiped away a tear. "He's just so young...." She said, her face starting to tremble, then she made an effort to pull herself together.

Bryony was nearly knocked over when Aggril slapped her on the back, and by chance saw a wildcat through the trees. She went with the two otters for a few paces, then slipped away from the group, attempting to get him from behind.

The Skarzs

"Wha-" Aggril wondered why Bryony had gone off suddenly; it spelled trouble. "Come on, mate, we're not about to lose our luck now; we just started!" He said quietly. The otter motioned Willow to follow him, silently following after Bryony.

Argunath folded his paws behind his back, not sure what to do. He had never had to console anybeast before, but he tried anyway. "Ayr, or whatever your name is, little squirrel, you did what you could. I am sorry you have been brought into this." She was trying not to cry, he could tell; crying was not something he had dealt with for seasons. The cougar decided the best thing to do would be to was to remove her from the area. "Come, let us find the Infirmary keeper, and maybe see if there is anything to do or help with, somewhere else. . ."

Willow drew his dirk. He knew something was up. He got low in the bushes and crept forward, slowly in the direction on Bryony. He was as silent as a shadow, moving from one tree to the next.
He saw Bryony's target, a Wildcat. His blood ran hot. These were the beasts that attacked the Abbey and slew the baby Hedgehog. His mind was working in a way he had never seen it work before.

Thoughts ran through his mind. Revenge must be exacted. One swift stab. You can do it quickly. His back is turned.

Before he could stop himself he was already behind the Wildcat, blade raised. Before he plunged down, he had the mercy to just use the pommel, cracking it down on the back of the Wildcat's skull, hoping to just incapacitate him.

Arya swiftly wiped her eyes, managing a chuckle that sounds rather off, "Look at me, the Abbey Warrior, crying like a babe!" She said, then noticed the big cat's akwardness, and that he did not know her name as she was leaving the room. "Oh, er, I'm Arya, Champion and Warrior of Redwall Abbey." She extended a pw.

The Skarzs

Argunath shook the preferred paw. "Well, Arya, Champion and Warrior of Redwall Abbey, I can tell you fit the position. You are not a killer as myself; you have more compassion than I." A sister came to the door, standing a respectful distance away from him. "Are you the Infirmary Keeper?" He asked. The shrew nodded nervously. "There is a little hedgehog in there who needs to be prepared for his final rest." He said this solemnly, and the sister entered the room to. . . do her job. He himself felt the need to leave. "Tell me, Arya, do you have a weapon for your rank?"

Arya nodded, then she drew the sword that was always on her back. "This is the blade of Martin the Warrior, a Founder of the Abbey. He went to his final rest countless seasons ago, but it is rumored that the Badger Lord of the great Mountain Salamandastron made this blade from the metal of a star. There hasn't been a blade yet that can best the one!" She said, then did a little demonstration with it, which including giving Argunath's whiskers a haircut. She then proffered it to him, handle first. "Care to try it?" She asked, smiling slightly.

The Skarzs

Argunath scratched at his shortened whiskers. "Haven't seen a beast swing a sword like that since my grandfather." He took the blade; little more than a dagger in his massive paw, but a very well made and deadly weapon nonetheless. He tested the edge. "This is an excellent knif- I mean, sword. The metal," he bent it slightly, and it sprang back, "Is incredible. I hope it comes to good use in your capable paws." The cougar gave back the weapon.
"When do we eat?"

Aggril watched Willow swing his dagger pommel, and could only hope for the best.

"Aye, it's a good blade." Arya said as she took the sword back, and in one fluid movement, sheathed it again. "Whenever you're hungry, all you haver to do is ask and food will appear, if you're in the right spot." Arya said, then managed a small laugh, "Come on, dinner will be ready in about fifteen minutes."

The Skarzs

"Thank you," said Argunath. "If the food given to me earlier was anything to gauge on, I will certainly enjoy it."
