I noticed a very interesting debate about creationism vs. evolution. It had Bill Nye and Ken Ham. The link is http://debatelive.org/
Martin the Warrior is way more epic than Mickey Mouse. Anyone who says otherwise is insane, or just wrong.

I haven't gotten to see it yet. :-[

So, did any one of them "win" the debate?

Life is too short to rush through it.

Ok. Can we have a discussion through PMs though?

I thought Ken Ham did a good job, and I liked how he put himself.

(That's all I'm saying, and I'm sticking to it.)
Hey you! What? Expecting a great quote or some heart-warming poem? Too bad, my signature is just boring. Stop reading it. Stop it. Why are you still reading it?

Interesting. I'll have to have a look at this.  :)
They told me I was gullible. I believed them.

I just finished watching it. I really enjoyed it. Really good debate. In general, I'm not really religious, and I tend to agree with most of the things Bill Nye stated. I think some topics that would have been good for them to include would have been along the lines of:

If God created everything, what created God?

On both sides, some assumptions have been made, and both sides have criticised the other side's assumptions.

More of a response in relation to the packed ice, and the trees under the basalt, and the various other examples that were given on the topic of the age of the Earth, on both sides.

In general I really enjoyed the debate, it was informativey and interesting. I've been in/a witness to several similar debates, but none of them were as full or well thought out as this one.

Yes
But still don't get into any heated battles with anyone all the same. I've been in one before, and it isn't good.

Life is too short to rush through it.

You have to see it! None of them really won the debate though they both did a pretty good job. In my opinion, Ken Ham did better. If you'd like to know my thoughts on Bill Nye, Pm me.

Interesting. I would have said Bill Nye made more sense, at least logically. I suppose it's not at all an objective thing.
