Say 'hey', and prepare to pay. . .
For the items which you are soon to buy.
Cave of Skarzs

Cave potato.

BlueRose

Hey, I need two identical daggers of that cool wavy steel.

Here you go. FIVE GOLD. ;D

BlueRose

Oi, that's a ripoff. I don't want them anymore. Five gold? That's ridiculous. I'd pay, maybe, five silvers, but even one gold is too high a price to pay.

That's a wavy blade; the steel inside isn't wavy per say.

*runs in and grabs Rose's ear* Five gold, Rosie, pay up.
Sekai de ichiban ohimesama. ;)

BlueRose

It's too much! Five gold would buy a level 50 set of armor!

NARDOLE; You are completely out of your mind!
DOCTOR: How is that news to anyone?

"I am Yomin Carr, the harbinger of doom. I am the beginning of the end of your people!" -Yomin Carr

-Sometime later, the second mate was unexpectedly rescued by the subplot, which had been trailing a bit behind the boat (and the plot). The whole story moved along.

Rusvul

No, Rose, you know that isn't true. It costs hundreds of gold for a level fifty set, especially if you want it warded, spiritlocked, and enchanted.

BlueRose

*looks at Rus disbelievingly* Where the heck do you buy your armor? I could buy dwarf made daggers that are better than these for 3 silvers.

I buy it at a... Shall we say, discreet... ah, a discreet market of sorts. Highest quality things. Highest quality prices. Shields, armor, weapons, swords. Curses, hexes, enchantments, wards. Anything you could want.

...Ah, unfortunately it's not... Err... Entirely legal.

BlueRose

*rolls eyes* No wonder. I shop at the dragon market at dragon cave. The quality is fabulous, and it's all cheap if paid in the right way! Five gold can buy a fat sheep, and a fat sheep can buy a set of level 50 armor, taken from a valiant knight! What more could one ask for?

Questions are asked at such places. 'Who are you, why are you here, why do you need a two inch dagger made of poisoned steel?' I cannot abide such questions, they either incriminate me or reveal more than I care to. At this discreet market of mine, no questions are asked. And some of the things sold are legendary relics, gone for hundreds of years. This dagger I wield? Used in combat by Zak'Tar the Virulent of the first High Elven Corrupt.

BlueRose

You have a fat sheep, nobeast asks questions. In fact, buying from the dragon market is one of the safest ways to get stuff. Once the item is out of their horde, the dragon forgets about it.
