"Gah!" Garth, in his surprise, fell from his hold, gaining the lead in his folly, but landing painfully a couple branches down. Great, he thought. Is this turning into a habit?

Arya laughed. "You silly!" She called down. "If you're not careful, you'll fall the whole way down and break your neck."

[The Skarzs]

"Don't need to tell me that," mumbled Garth, rubbing his neck ruefully. He began climbing again.

Arya was still behind Garth, but only just. Going down was more difficult than going up.

[The Skarzs]

OOC: Pull his tail.

BIC: Garth was having a lot more trouble going down than up; the fact that he bruised some bones didn't help any either.

Arya grinned as an idea came to her. Stretching out her paw, she quickly grabbed Garth's tail and gave it a quick yank, stifling a giggle.

Garth cried out as he was tugged backwards, grabbing onto a branch to stabilize himself. Arya passed him, obviously holding back laughter. "You mischievous little. . . !" He grinned, getting back into the race. They were nearly at the bottom now.

Arya laughed at loud, nearly at the bottom. Since it was merely six feet, she thought about jumping, but decided bnot to.

OOC: Want to just finish it?

OOC: Sure.

BIC: Five feet now. Arya re-thought, then jumped off her branch, excuted a neat flip, and landed paws first on the ground, with a small smirk on her face.

Garth landed next to her, then tackled the female squirrel. "I let you win, you know!"

Arya went flying on her back, then laughed. "Oh, you did, did you? Didn't look like it to me!" She teased.

"No, I guess it didn't." Garth smiled down at Arya, then stood up, offering his paw to help the female squirrel to her paws.

Arya smiled again - She was doing a lot of that that morning -And accepted the proffered paw.
