Arya chomped the last candied chestnut, and thrust her paws through her haversack straps while chewing. She nodded to show she was ready.

Garth looked toward the buildings. Noonvale was a nice place, peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. But that was no place for Arya and himself; no, they were travelers at heart, warriors in spirit. There was no way they would be able to stay any longer. "Right," he said. He looked around, smiling suddenly. "Which way?"

Arya thought for a moment, then seemingly randomly pointed out a direction. "That way." She said, with a grin. "I've been around here before, I believe, only I was going the opposite direction and I turned before we got to Noonvale. There's a pretty waterfall that way."

The Skarzs

"Alright; I'm game. Anywhere sounds good to me." Garth smiled, glad to be on their way with full supplies and nearly fully recovered. "Don't forget about that leg of yours, now."

"True; I'd better check it." Arya said, then she plopped down. Then she noticed an old mouse with a strange hat waving frantically. "Hey, Garth, I think you're wanted." She commented.

The Skarzs

Garth raised a brow, turning to what Arya was talking about. "It's the Apothecary Mouse; I wonder what he wants. Hullo!" he called.

"Could you come here for a moment?" The Apothecary Mouse shouted back, Arya wondered what was going on. She'd thought she'd heard a moise in the tree behind her, but then the Mouse had replied, so she couldn't be sure. But she continued unwrapping her bandage, nonethless. "You should go se what he wants."

The Skarzs

Garth furrowed his brows, but went anyway. "Yes? What do you need, old one?"

The mouse asked, "Have you seen Brenetta anywhere? She wasn't in her room when i woke up, her bed wasn't slept in, and she's not in the village.." Just then, his eyes widened, and he pointed to where Arya was being dragged up a tree, snarling and twisting like a fish.

The Skarzs

Garth turned, then sprinted toward Arya when he saw the spectacle. "Arya!" he yelled, latching onto the tree. He tried to see what was dragging Arya.

Arya managed to grab something above her, and gave a small, rather  evil, grin. She yanked on it, and pushed off from the tree at the same time, and she went flying through the air. . . Followed by one very angry, very bruised, Brenetta.

The Skarzs

Garth managed to break Arya's fall, but he didn't enjoy being landed on much. Then he noticed the attacker, Brenetta, who was now groaning on the ground.

Arya grunted as she landed, but appreciated the gesture. "Thanks, Garth. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to ans deal with little Miss Priss. Garth, this is a girl matter. I wouldn't like it if you interfered." Arya said quickly, before getting up and marching over to Brenetta. "Well, missy, care to explain this?"

The Skarzs

Garth stood, making no move to do anything regarding the two female squirrels. He folded his arms, watching.

Brenetta sputtered out something, glaring at Arya. "I'm sorry, I couldn't understand that. Care to say it again, louder?" Arya asked sweetly, although she'd heard it just fine.
