I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

Careful corn don't want another concussion there do we? As to what Tim said, There are plenty of RP in which people new to RPing can join. However some of the more advanced RPers who have been doing it for a while will design a RP which they wish to up hold a higher quality. it is like levels in a game you need to pass the first level before you are allowed to play the second level etc...  Around here there are very few RP that strictly require experience. Things like contests however need a bit more experience. Hope that helps.

*Pauses* That's very true, Faiy. I'll settle for punching a pillow.

You'll just have to get used to it Tim Corn is always doing that and not just because of the concussion. Plus aren't Mountains way more fun anyway.  ;D ;) Trust me though she is a lot better than she used to be.

and Tim I know you don't want people to offended people but if you refer to things as "freaking" it kind of implies that you are mad or yelling. Things can easily be miss transliterated in Text so if you are trying to keep the tension down I would advise not using words like that, caps or to many exclamation points along with fuzzed out cuss words. These things just make you seem mad.  ;) I am only trying to keep things from becoming a problem in the feature. Please don't be mad at me I am only trying to help.

Yes, I am a lot better. I apologize once again, guys, I'm just really, really, REALLY stressed from a family matter. Oh, and take my advice on this one - Take Faiy's advice. She's just about the most sensible one of the lot.

Agreed.

Well this has been interesting to read, but I'm gonna go................... :P

How is me freaking out and scaring/yelling at a newbie interesting? Please tell, Rachy. ((Are you even in this one? I can't remember.))

So can I? Poor Han, he was forced too.

Gonff. *Rubs temples* No. I'm sorry, but no. Maybe in the second RP. Okay?

Where you come in is almost always your choice.  ;) Occasionally (rarely), plot lines will need characters in certain places at certain times.

As Danny said, where you come in is your choice. But if we need your character, please come in then.

Faiyloe

Since Tim's character is a loner the need to have you at any given moment is slim as compared to some one who is playing the abbot, or badger warrior, Skipper etc... You should be fine just jumping when ever. I would advises not waiting to long however because the reading can pile up without the active RPing to keep you interested. I would advise  going about it one of two ways

1) letting about a page pass by before posting then jump in where you think is best.. or
2) Waiting for everyone (or almost every one) to post and then picking one or more persons to jump in with. RPing with some one can often be easier.

I would not advise Waiting to long you will only improve if you RP. Plus fitting an inexperienced RPer in at the beginning will make it easier to adjust (The RP is still developing and will develop around you) It would be a lot harder to adjust in the middle (The plot and everything has already been developed, including the other characters, and you would have to do every thing yourself to fit with the existing plot,)

Hope that helps.
