True. The staff loves it when people do this because it makes it easier to read the page. Scroll wheels aren't nearly as efficient as hitting the left and right arrow keys, and the brain processes text better if you scroll right (hence why advertising on billboards is so successful). We pretend to get upset when people stretch the page, but never punish them, so that everyone will be encouraged to do this.
