IF THEY ARE PARTIALLY CTHULU, THAT MAKES THEM CTHONIC, NOT PART CTHULU. THE ONLY REASON A CREATURE OR CREATURES WOULD BE REFERRED TO AS CTHULU IS IF THEY ARE CTHULU- OTHERWISE THE TERM CTHONIC APPLIES INSTEAD OF CTHULU.
