  "I've been listening to the body of work I've created over the past six months and I'm so excited to share it with you in due time. Some songs are finished, others are pulling into focus.

The cycle is strange; you chase an inspiration and immerse yourself in a vision so fully that after enough time has passed, you have to unlearn everything you thought you knew in order to begin again. For me, music is funny that way. The more I study it, the less I understand it.

The next chapter of OC is overflowing with surprises and twists and turns — all sorts of familiar fancies and new frontiers, old whims and new notions. I've been lucky to capture some truly remarkable ideas, some of which are so imaginative they are borderline strange — dark and beautiful. Thus, I take no responsibility or liability for any symptoms you may experience while listening to aforementioned music, including but not limited to: dizzy spells, nausea, cold sweats, hot sweats, fever blisters, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, blurred vision, involuntary trembling, dead hands, numb lips, fingernail sensitivity, pelvic discomfort, or in extreme cases, death.

I've decided 2014 is a solo year for me in studio. Not that I tire of collaborating, quite the contrary — but my universe is rotating at such a pleasant rate that I find myself in the mood to investigate and explore the endless unchartered expanses of imagination that remain in my own head, quiet and absent of outside input. So that is exactly what I'm going to do. Just me, all alone, during the early hours of the morning after the city shuts down and the rest of the world is asleep.
