Personally, I have no idea, having no experience with healing animals.

I doubt someone who knows what they're doing could help you secondhand on that little information, though... Is there any chance you could elaborate?

More often than naught, the limp will fix itself, unless it's a sprain or a break.
Might want to check how badly she flinches when you touch a certain spot on her leg or foot; sometimes it's just like when a person hurts their foot, and it will heal eventually.
If it gets worse, doesn't heal within a couple weeks, or she is really limping, might want to see a vet.

Front or back? Notice any swelling? Or any increased temperature? Check it over carefully - There may be a scratch or splinter that's infected. Please, let me know. I can help.

Mom put pressure on her foot  and she didn't flinch  so mom thinks it's her shoulder. Btw it's the front right

How old is she? It could be autheighteos if she is old. If she runs a lot, maybe a sprain.
I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

 You should take your dog to a vet. The only thing we can do is make assumptions, but the vet will know what's wrong with your dog. Old dogs get lots of problems with their joints, so it could be lots of stuff.

Vets. . . . . Urgh. Vets = Toxins. Toxins are bad. See my logic?

Oh, c'mon, Russy! Surely you know what toxins are?
