PC. Some games don't run on OSX, I want a desktop instead of a laptop, I don't have a large enough budget to buy a Mac that would actually work for a long time with the best of games, I need to be able to upgrade it when some bits of it become outdated, etc...

I'm actually building a PC. I have a friend who knows a lot about computers, he's actually coming over today to discuss what parts would be useful/good/needed/priceworthy, how they fit together, why this one won't work with this one, and in general he's going to make sure that I end up with parts that fit together. (I've heard of instances where someone can't use the 300$ GPU they bought because it's a half a centimeter too long)

So yes! Super exciting!
