Color Elimination.

Nothing to do with Redwall.   
But it's the end of the year.
It's just like Redwall Elimination, but with colors, but.. in the begging, we add 2 and subtract 2. Then when there are only half of the colors left, we only add 1 and subtract 1!!! The limit to the colors is 30. Then if they get to zero, they are eliminated.
