OOC: OooooOOOOook SoooooOOOooorry

BIC: Cailoh flicked his head blinking, wandering if the shadows had been playing tricks on him. He could have sword he saw the sword, the same one on the tapestry. He pointed towards the Abbey door looking at his companions.

"Did you see that?" He asked before trotting off in the direction of the Great Hall.

Liko looked questionably at Cai. "What, mate? Y'know, beasts can see things when they're tired."

Eulaliaaa!

Rowan hesitated before running after Cailoh, "See what?" She asked as she followed him.

"Uh swo," not wanting to sound foolish Cailoh trailed off. He looked back at Rowan and Liko. He trusted them so he supposed they were probably right.

"It was probably nothing, I thought I saw a sword over by the Abbey door. And not just any sword but the one on Martin's tapestry." He admitted.

OOC: Martin's sword has been missing for some time now before any of them were born. They will all have heard stories about Brandon that last wielder of the sword who mysteriously disappeared many seasons ago.

Liko scratched his rudder. "Search me, mate, I've no idea how it happened. Rowan, you've been throught the records once or twice. What d'you know?

Rowan fidgeted with her tail, "Well, a long time ago the Abbey lost it. The Abbey warrior, I believe his name was Brandon, went missing. No one knows where he went." She explained, "Martin the Warrior often appears to chosen abbey warriors in dreams when there is trouble, maybe that's what's happening..." She guessed.

Looking from one to the other Cailoh's eyes lit up with excitement.

"You mean I-er I mean we might be able to find the lost sword." The young mouse's heart began to race as he thought of the possibilities. They would be hero's, legends to be told about for seasons. "Come on then lets follow it then." He cried turning and running for the door.

Liko looked skeptical. "You sure you're not seeing things? Brandon left before we were born, I would think some other beast would've been contacted by Martin."

Rowan realized what she said, "Yeah... Oh my goodness! What if we did!" She exclaimed, racing after Cailoh.

The mouse glanced back at Liko. "Maybe the others doubted as well." He suggested turning forward he realized how close he had gotten to the wall.

Smack

Cailoh sat down hard, he had missed the door altogether and had ran into the wall. He stood up rubbing his face glaring at the section of wall he had run into. As Rowan ran up he jabbed a claw at it muttering under his breath.

"Look out, there's a wall there. Come on lets go."

OOC: Hey if Liko could spot the sword next up the stairs towards the dormitories, it should just be a flash of the blade hardly anything. He should spot it whenever they make it into the Great Hall.

Liko paused, handing Cai a packet herbs, which he had doused in water. " Here, hold that where it hurts. It should help. I'll give you another one after it- what's that?" He had seen a flash I fight at the top of the steps.

Rowan looked at her two friends, "What was what? Why aren't I seeing them too? Are you two playing tricks on me?" She questioned.

OOC: Hey Sage you might have had a slight typo with your post, if you don't mind just going over it and repairing, thanks. ;)

BIC:

"I didn't see anything either pal, where did it go?" Cailoh asked glancing around the hall. At Rowan's statement the mouse flushed overreacting slightly.

"No, were not." He said rather loudly. His voice attracted the watchful eyes of a tall imposing squirrel who had been standing on the other side of the hall. The squirrel walked towards the purposefully.

"Who's there." He called. "All you little beasts are supposed to be abed."

Cailoh nearly jumped out of his skin at the loud commanding voice. "Its brother Melvious!" He hissed at the others. "Hurry Liko before he sees us which way was the sword."

"Up the stairs to the dormitory," whisperred the otter.
