  It's from the manga/anime Haikyuu!!, which is about a highschool volleyball team.  The quote is from when Hinata and Kageyama needed to practice volleyball but couldn't get into the gym when they needed to, so Tanaka promised to lend them the gym key in exchange for them calling him "senpai".  (...Yeah, Tanaka's strange.  )
