How's everyone today? Suffering from DST?

Daylight savings time is outdated. It was developed for farmers back in the 1700s, not for the rest of the world in the twenty-first century. If farmers want the sunlight to work in, they can change the time they wake up, not what time it is.

We had Daylight Savings in effect for just one year around here... it was the craziest thing ever. My friend left my house at nine PM... with sheer sunlight bathing the whole city.

Oh, you should see the Australian Capital's DST. Sun goes down at 10:45pm.

Thankfully, there's no Daylight Savings in my state, and there never has been.

I'm listening through the entire Winter Soldier soundtrack, and it's just too awesome.  I've always loved that epic kind of spy music.  But the Winter Soldier's theme... just WHOA.  I didn't realize before how utterly terrifying and eerie the whole piece is - it set me on edge.  It also sums up the character so well.

. . . . . . Couldn't they have just gotten up earlier in the 1700s then too?

The Skarzs

They got up when the sun rose, always had. :P Let's ask Benjamin Franklin about it, hmm? :P :P
