*Starts grilling fish anyway.* Got to do it right. . . Medium-low coals, rub the fish with oil and salt and pepper on the inside, along with some garlic. . . Slit the sides of the fish and put in onion and fresh lemon slices. . . Put more oil on the outside, then cover with foil to put on the barbeque.
