We will not include ourselves or the Imperial Military in your petty conflicts, but if you have any neutral needs we will be happy to provide them. Any fraternizers to the Rebel Alliance and associates will be executed upon discovery.

We wish no harm to any party [and take no responsibility for inujuries caused in the current conflict] but any attack upon will be taken as a hostile movement and we will retaliate.
