I'm trying to decide if that's a hawk, or an eagle, and if so, what kind of eagle.

I still have no idea what that is.

*Curtsies* Thank ye.

Oh my. A blond with a gun, I think I'm gonna run. (NO OFFENSE BLONDS. GOING OFF EXPERIENCE WITH A SISTER.)

:)
NINJA'D: Yer welcome.

A sister would be a blonde, not a blond. :P

Good point. :P Whoops.

Oooooh. He's a cute blond with a gun. Also a sword. Brownie points to him.

Not in American English. My dictionary says that American usage has general preferred the "gender-neutral 'blond'" PRO TIP

Anywho.

@Corn My cats have been doing that all day. Promptly followed by viscous ear-biting. They play rough.

I still dunno who that is.

WHAT THE FUDGE DOES PROTIP MEAN?! I'm seeing it all over the place.

Ah god, that tiger's gonna kill that cub! Noooooo!

Rainshadow

That's a really cute drawing.  :D  Who is that?  Reminds me of a younger Carlos from Welcome to Night Vale:P

It's a character from a podcast, actually! So you're sorta close! Specifically, he's Lucas Miller from The Adventure Zone, a DnD podcast, and, as an adult, was one of the antagonists in the Crystal Kingdom arc. His most notable achievement is the invention of elevators. :P

Honestly, that picture of yours sorta makes me want to listen to rain noises and take a nap in a dark, but not pitch black room. Somewhere small with a metal or otherwise thin roof so it's amplified. Actually, I'm reminded of this one time when I was camping, and it was raining. It got really cold, so I woke up in the middle of the night and the lantern was on, and I could hear the rain on the tent, and my feet were really really cold. Like they were chunks of ice cold. But that sorta time and place, I sorta love it. Even though I was absolutely miserable at the time, I think it's a good memory.

Rainshadow

Hmm, I may have to look up that podcast; I've been wanting to watch/listen to more DnD stuff.  I finished We're On a Quest! recently and I've been missing listening to nerds talking about adventuring.  ;D

I totally get what you're talking about.  Personally, my profile pic makes me think of two memories:  The first is when I went camping with my grandparents one year while my parents were in Hawaii.  It rained nearly every day while we were camping, forcing us to stay in the trailer most of the time, and while it was miserable to be cooped up in there the entire time, it was peaceful to just be sitting at the table, playing a card game with my grandma or siblings while listening to the rain patter on the roof.

The other memory is of when I lived in Charleston (South Carolina) and spent an afternoon at my dad's coworker's house (it was a rental house near the beach, and it was really nice).  They had a little lounge area on the roof that had a couple of chairs and a table, and I remember just standing up there while it was raining, soaking in the nice, warm droplets.  Of course, I went home drenched, 'cause South Carolina rain is terrible (seriously, you get a three drop warning and then the flood gates open), but it was really peaceful to just stand there in the rain, hearing nothing but the pitter-patter on the floor beneath me and the quiet crashing of the ocean in the background.

  ...I like rain.

It's a really great podcast, probably ruined all other DnD podcasts for me by being so great. It is explicit though, I should warn you. A fair amount of swearing. But it's hilarious, I laugh every single episode, and also manages to be heartfelt and touching in the(rare) not-silly moments.

Ha, it's those simple memories that stick with you the most, it seems. When you're not doing anything but letting it sink in. Rain really helps cement those memories, don't you think?

Dotti Dillworthy

Like that one so much! It could be a scene from a Disney (or a children's) movie for sure.

You and Wylder will get along well, methinks. He really like Robin Hood too.

  Forget Percy, Nico's the true hero.  Poor guy's been through so much.  ;H;

Nah, Rythian's the best guy. Sips is pretty cool though.

"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.
