THE END OF THE WORLD IN 2017

Sup guys, I don't know what your friend/family/acquaintances talk about... But mine ALWAYS talk about how 2017 is going to be the worst year in existence!!! Because as they say "One hundred years since Fatima" I am SICK of hearing that!!! I seriously think everyone is OVER EXAGGERATING this!!! What do you guys think??

The world could very well end in 2017, but I honestly don't believe this story would have much to do with it.

If I was looking for significant numbers relating to time, based on Scriptural precedent, I'd think about numbers like 40, 42, 70, 120, or 490 before 100.

Our Lady of Fatima was an apparition of Mary to three children in Fatima, Portugal. She revealed three secrets, the last of which has not yet been revealed by the Pope (or any of his predecessors), and there is a lot of speculation that it is of the end of the world, among other things. Our Lady also foretold of World War Two, which did indeed happen.



They've been saying that the world was going to end for decades. The world will end whether or not we want it to, it will happen when it happens, there is no reason worrying about it since we have no knowledge for real of when it will happen, and since we have absolutely no control over it there is pretty much nothing we can do to prepare for it, other than be ready to die when it does happen.

And yes, I like to theorize about this because it's fun. I mean, in my memory, I can think of at least two times the world was gonna end. . . GUESS WHAT WE'RE STILL HERE! )

Nobody knows when the world is going to end, and trying to predict it will just drive us in histrionic circles. Besides, we never know what's going to happen in general. Tomorrow is an unknown; the same goes even for the rest of today. I'm well aware that anything could happen at any moment.

Without a hint of sarcasm can I say "yes". The presence of bad doesn't mean the absence of good.

Well, I live by the second. It's a miracle to still be alive. In fact, it's a miracle to even exist. Life is so odd. How are souls formed? How does sentience begin? Mine did not have to come into being, but here I am.

Honesty who cares when the world will end? Once its gone no one will really be around to care anymore. That is unless Peony is right and its ending very slowly.

What can be serious though is a breakdown of the social order. Not really the end per say, but it would be the end of the world as we know it. That validates some concern. Anything from a killer virus, or some other world shattering event could disrupt the daily lives of thousands, maybe even millions. But people are so diversified, and we are a really hardy race, I doubt anything other then a mass extinction of the humanity would really leave any kind of dent in modern life.

That being said I am highly concerned about the cat takeover that is bound to happen in the next year or so. They're growing more powerful by the day, and may soon rise up as our overlords. Consider yourself warned. Only by buying my cat survival pack may you have a chance to live through it!
