Using the max, we still have a long way to go.

@Maudie: Speaking of which, what do you think the defaults should be? Right now it's 20 topics per page on board view, and 15 messages per page on a topic.

@James Gryphon Good question. I like it how it is, but if we were to change it I'd say go bigger on both counts.
