Close second to Keyla is Skipper Warthorn. For female otters I like Banya and Tiria.

Actually, I think his name is Deyna, not Denya ;). I think my favorite otters were Zaran the Black, Riverwyte the Mask, Skipper Warthorn, and Keyla.
