James Gryphon

I'd like to point out that this court is not a legitimate institution capable of judging or sentencing the staff, but for the purpose of appeasing the masses, I'll make an appearance here.

My defense will be short and sweet.

Everybody look at the rules. Do you see anything impersonating a member on the forum in there? No? As such, no crime was committed. While it is true that a member named DDB was removed for those reasons, that was done at the prerogative of the Staff, who have, and of right ought to have, full power and authority to make judgments for the forum in all cases whatsoever.

Also, even if there was such a rule, we have to consider the spirit of the law, not just the letter. The problem with impersonation is if someone is led to believe that someone actually said or did something they did not do. In this case, the instances of impersonation that occurred should not have convinced reasonable, informed viewers that the person in question was actually making those statements, given my propensity to indicate the ingenuine nature of the messages.

Therefore, there are no grounds to suggest any wrongdoing on the part of the global moderator acting as administrator.

The Great Overlord has spoken.

Alright, well, we had a lack of jurors so this court wasn't even complete. I declare James Gryphon not guilty and Vilu Daskar guilty of wrongful accusation of a law-abiding VIP of the forums. Court adjourned.

Lord Daskar

I'll get James for something else then.

I thought ahead anf knew that Vilu would duck out with his S.S. or something so I just glossed over him.

It doesn't feel good to be ignored, huh?

What if I told you that I know the only weakness of Vilu's Cyber-Nazi whatevers?

Hickory

Not Cyber-Nazi's Sue Soldiers. And I doubt that VIlu, of all people, would let you actually use it. You're not forgetful, are you?

Indeed. You are as ancient as the soot that choked Pompeii into oblivion, though not quite as uncaring. - Rusvul

That was only the weakness for your version.

Nope, I would do what James did.

I haven't even noticed.
