*white sparks shoot out from the tip of the wand and strike the Bonds, breaking them and freeing Seb. Helps Seb to his feet and stands protectively in front of him*

Now, let's all play nice and make this a modest formal wedding! My dragons will give the fanfare only on my command. They will not burn or eat or crush anybody! For now, let's just enjoy this moment and not force the couple to do anything they don't want to do!
