I mean, are we not?

I think that considering a group of people superior/inferior because of a (lack of a) trait is dangerous.

But what makes someone a magic user? Do they have to actually wield magic, or can they just use magical items? And what counts as magic? In a world with what we would consider as magic, they may well just see it as normal, but might see technology as magic.
