Who wants redwall books by another author

 think it was  better to say a certain fan.  If the fans love him Brian Jacques and Redwall, I think  not try to be better than Brian. There are laws  of copyright. I fear being forgotten Redwall, and if it's so popular I think someone will try to bring life back to Redwall, and not be hypocritical,  or would be better if they create  TV series, not books. Brian will always be the creator of Redwall and we all know that

We have thousands of Redwall books written by other authors. Look onto Fanfiction.net, and try to tell me that those aren't Redwall books. I don't mind if someone else besides Mr. Jacques writes Redwall books, as long as he or she calls it what it really is: a fanfiction. I myself am an author who writes Redwall books, and so are many of us here.

Obviously, but still, there are hundreds of Redwall books by other authors, so I really don't see how we should get upset about it. As long as they keep classifying them as fanfictions, not actualy books, then I'm okay with it.

I think it would be okay if the fans wrote some short stories or things of that sort, but not sure if I'd like someone taking over Brians job of bringing the stories to us.

I agree. It would be great if they made a tv show for every book. But you can't get everything in life.
