Just wondering how many programmers are on this Forum?

I'm learning how to do it! (So fun, I'm currently making my own website)

I've tried, and so far failed, to learn C++.  so no, however, i'd like to learn.  what languages do you know?  i'm assuming from your comment on making a site, at least HTML and CSS, or maybe javascript.

What's a programmer?

a programmer is someone who makes sites or programs using a programming language.  each language has different uses eg. if you want to make a site, then you'll want HTML and CSS.

a program is a series of characters that tell the computer what to do.  a programmer is someone who writes a program.

Oh! So like the programs in tron?

okay, portal is a program because there is a series of code in it that tells the computer how to react to falling through a portal, or what happens when you press the "W" key.  a programmer is the person who writes that code.  understand?
